• Cancellations:
  Because 53 Wendell has only 4 suites, a cancellation really affects our cash flow. Thus we have a very conservative cancellation policy. So, please make sure you understand the policy before making your reservations. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. At the time of your reservation your card will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, or $500 - whichever is less - as a deposit. If your total reservation amount is greater than $500, you will be charged for the remaining amount (total - $500) at the time of your arrive. If you cancel 14 days, or more, before the arrival date - 100% refund of deposit. If you cancel 7 days, or more, (but less than 14 days) before the arrival date - 50% refund of the deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days before the arrival date, you do not get any refund of your deposit. Noshow Policy: Please be advised: You will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, or up to 1 week - whichever is less, if you do not call to cancel, and simply do not show up on the arrival date.
