  • Cancellations:
    Refunds can be made, with a $25.00 service fee charge if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days or more prior to date of arrival. Unless a 14 day notice is given, full room payment will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, the Wells Bed & Breakfast will issue a rain check for the full amount to be used at any later time up to one (1) year, subject to availability. One cancelation per rain check then it is considered cashed in. When reserving 3 or more rooms, a 30 day cancellation is required. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
