    Refunds can be made, with a $25.00 service fee charge, if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days or more prior to date of arrival. Unless a 14 day notice is given, full room payment will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, the Wells Bed & Breakfast will issue a rain check certificate for the full amount to be used at any later time up to one (1) year, subject to availability. One cancelation on a rain check, then it is considered cashed in. When reserving 3 or more rooms, a 30 day cancellation is required. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
