Bananas Brulee

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 6 Bananas
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 6 tablespoons Sugar in the Raw
Steps:
- On work surface, lay a large piece of aluminum foil folded in half.
- Peel bananas and set on aluminum foil. Using a paring knife, make diagonal cuts 1/4" deep and about 1/2" apart on each banana (should end up with 10 - 12 cuts per banana).
- Melt butter on stovetop or microwave. Brush melted butter over top of each banana.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar in raw on top of melted butter. Use propane kitchen torch to melt and brown sugar and butter on each banana or broil for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm bananas with French toast, pancakes, or waffles. Bon appetit!
