General Information

"Hico's Nothin' But Time" is a 1905 restored home. "Welcome to our property's promise of peace and comfort" It is our pleasure to share this wonderful restored home with you. Our guest room has a private entrance and private bath, queen antique bed with a new pillowtop mattress, and a iron twin bed. Special touches give the room a country chic feeling with original hardwood walls and floors. Great front porch with rocking chairs for morning coffee. Sleeps 1-3 guests. Includes a full country breakfast with eggs from our own hen house. May be served in dining room or breakfast in bed. Four blocks from downtown Hico. Our web site is (.hicobandb.) Happy Trails!!!

We sold it and moved to Hico and started a new business as we could not stay away from the bed and breakfast business and meeting the new people that God sends our way.
