The Colonial Inn, overlooking Lake Meone, has twenty-four elegant individual climate controlled rooms, each with private baths (bubble or soaking tubs and steam showers), Cable TV, DVD/VCR, and phones. As a smoke-free facility, we provide ample parking, outdoor decks and patio. Over 60 shops, 5 eateries, sourround us, with 22 major yearly events, all just minutes from Atlantic City.

    The Johnson Homestead Suites, our Second Site located in the Village Greene Shopping area, have Fireplaces, Microwaves, Coffee Makers, Refrigerators, and the same Pampering Amenities as our 10 other Adult-Only rooms. Suite 201 has an outdoor deck area, while the upstairs Suite 202 has a Balcony deck. The Barn, our latest twelve room addition (1-4 guests and child-friendly), reflects our Country Colonial style while offering today's modern amenities (microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators) on our Third Site located in the Village Greene. The picturesque grounds offer an ideal setting for combined indoor and outdoor affairs, for corporate and social occassions.

  • Check in time is 3:00 - 7:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
  • Cancellations:
    The Colonial Inn is a small property where every reservation is both important and special to us. If your plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us thirty days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund, less a $35 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation booking, unless we are able to rebook all nights. Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations made seven(7),or less than seven days of reservation date will receive no refund, plus a $35.00 cancellation fee may be applied. Multi-Night / Multi-Room reservations require a nonrefundable 50% deposit, with balance due thirty (30) days before arrival date. If you should cancel your booking, the balance due is nonrefundable unless entire booking can be rebooked. We will make every effort to rebook them, but multiple rooms at the last minute can be difficult.
