  Guests booked for one-night stays may cancel with no penalty when notification is made at least 7 days prior to check-in date. If guest must cancel with less than 7 days notice, stay is charged to credit card on file. For multiple night booking, one week notice for each night of stay is required to avoid first night being charged. For example, a 3-night stay requires 3 weeks notice.

The Inn is the only accommodation in the Grapevine's historic district and can be accessed easily from either Interstate 121 or 114.

  Be sure to take the Airport NORTH exit. Within 1/2 mile from airport exit, you will take Interstate 114 WEST. Go about 2 miles and exit Main Street (also called Grapevine Historic District exit). Turn right or north on Main Street until you reach College Street (first traffic light after crossing the railroad tracks). Turn right or east on College and the Inn will be mid-block on your left. Park at end of drive and ring front door bell to check in.
