A delicious, full breakfast is included. Add Sunday night for just $95 (optional). The Rose consists of a cozy bedroom with queen size bed, attached private bath with shower, and a comfy sitting room right next door, private to the Rose, and contains your flat screen TV/VCR/DVD and mini-refrigerator. Our B&B also features a beautiful guest living room (common room for all guests) with a wood burning fireplace and a magnificent view overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake. Sunrise Landing B & B is a contemporary, lakeside B & B with three very private suites. Each includes a queen size bed, private bath, sitting room with TV/VCR, refrigerator (with complementary non-alcoholic beverages), robes and more. A microwave is available for guest use(or in suite). The Sunflower apartment-suite features a kitchen, cast iron electric fireplace, private entrance, private patio, and a window wall offering a magnificent view of beautiful Seneca Lake. The property includes a 200 foot lake front and dock with a paddle boat, row boat, and canoe for guest use. A full breakfast is served in our elegant dining room or when weather permits, choose to have it out on the deck. Other features include spacious common areas with large windows, a piano in the dining room, a living room fireplace, and deck overlooking the lake.

Sunrise Landing is only 12 minutes from exciting Watkins Glen, with its beautiful harbor. The Malabar VII sails daily, as well as the Lea Sea Anne, and Captain Bill's Dinner Cruise Ship, "The Lagacy".
