Policies- Minimum stay required (2 night weekend call regarding holidays)

- Deposit amount required (We reserve the right to take a 50% deposit or one nights lodging at the time the reservation is made.)
- Check in time is 3:00-7:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
- Cancellations:
We require 21 days notice of cancellation prior to scheduled arrival. The full daily rate for the full reservation will be charged to your credit card if cancellation is not received within the 21 days scheduled arrival.
If notified of the cancellation before the 21 days, we will issue a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cash deposits will be refunded in full if cancellation is received within 21 days of scheduled arrival.
