General Information

The Bohemian Armadillo Bed & Breakfast is a beautifully restored Creole cottage, located in the historic Faubourg Marigny the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans. We are literally steps away from the French Quarter. This creative and bohemian neighborhood was recently featured in “Travel & Leisure” magazine as one of the “trendiest in the nation”. Walk around the block to Frenchmen Street where you can see some of the very best music in town featured nightly. Experience the wonders of the French Quarter and when you’re ready for a break, come back to relax at the Bohemian Armadillo’s courtyard. Sip some wine, read a book, or hit the hot tub. Three units to choose from: Our Bordello room sleeps two and has a queen size bed & private bath. Our Jazz room sleeps four and has two double beds and private bath, kitchenette and breakfast nook, and our Voodoo apartment sleeps three and has a kitchen, breakfast nook and a private bath. All rooms are very private with their own entrances and no shared common areas.

• Deposit amount required (All reservations require a one-day deposit at time of reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival and certain special events require payment in full at time of booking (with no refund unless cancelled 30 days prior to arrival).)

• Cancellations:
  Full refunds for regular stays will be made if cancelled two weeks prior to arrival. If less notice is given, we will only be liable to refund deposits if we are able to re-rent the rooms.

  From Airport, take I-10 East into New Orleans. Follow I-10 into city. Take the Esplanade Avenue Exit (the next one after the Vieux Carre Exit) and turn right. Go one and a half blocks to Esplanade Avenue and turn right at the traffic light. Proceed less than a mile to Dauphine Street (Circle K on Corner), and turn left. Go two blocks to Touro Street, and take a right. Park where you like. We are on the left side of the street.
