STUFFED AROMATIC CHICKEN

Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 50 g Parma ham
- 50 g Fatty bacon
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosmary, salt and pepper
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chicken liver
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
Steps:
- Chop together ham, bacon, chicken liver, garlic, fennel seeds and rosmary.
- Add salt and pepper
- Fill the chicken with this mixture and place in an oven pan.Season with the olive oil.
- Bake chicken in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 1 hour.
