STUFFED AROMATIC CHICKEN

Serves:  4

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 50 g Parma ham
  • 50 g Fatty bacon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosmary, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chicken liver
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds

Steps:

  1. Chop together ham, bacon, chicken liver, garlic, fennel seeds and rosmary.
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Fill the chicken with this mixture and place in an oven pan.Season with the olive oil.
  4. Bake chicken in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 1 hour. Enjoy your meal!!
