General Information

Two romantic vacation homes at Canyon Lake. Beautifully furnished, each has a private hot tub, barbeque, satellite TV/DVD & includes fresh fruit, cookies, comp. wine, guest robes & bedside chocolates.

STARVIEW:Sleeps 6, pool, sauna, fireplace & WiFi.
LONGHORN:Sleeps 8, pet friendly, fenced yard, covered parking & porches.

19 guests can be accommodated using both holiday houses & bedrooms in the main ranch. Experience Canyon Lake Ranch and step back to a quieter more peaceful time; relax, feed the Longhorns, see the night stars and watch the hawks soar.

  Better than a bed and breakfast room. Each complete vacation home is separately located on the ranch. Starview Lodge has 2 queen bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths while Longhorn Lodge has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each house has a sleeper sofa in the living room. A suite is also available for up to 5 additional guests at the main ranch.
  
  Longhorn Lodge allows pets with advance reservation. Canyon Lake Ranch is fully furnished and equipped to make guest stays a pleasure. Both homes welcome romance stays, honeymoons, retreats, families with children and small meetings.

  Guests are welcomed with a fresh fruit basket, complementary wine, cookies and bedside chocolates. Coffee, teas, popping corn, sugar, salt & pepper are also included. Canyon Lake Ranch brings privacy and the ability to unwind with no schedules or set times. Groceries and ice houses are located nearby.
  Fully equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, a toaster, blender and microwave, Starview Lodge has a four burner ceramic stovetop, while Longhorn Lodge has an oven. Both homes come equipped with microwaves and barbeque grills.

Policies

• Minimum stay required (Two night minimum - Discount for 7 days and monthly stays)
• Smoking is allowed outside only (On pool deck or porches only as we are in the country w)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (ONLY at Longhorn Lodge with reservation)
• Children are welcome (Parents assume full responsibility; no life guards)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complementary wine included)
• Deposit amount required (Amount of 1 night stay to reserve one house. 50% of stay to reserve both homes.)
• Check in time is After 3 PM and Check out time is By 11 AM
• Cancellations:
  14 day cancellation policy for most stays. Holidays, reservations for both homes, parties and weddings require 30 or 60 days. Reservations cancelled within the reservation period are ONLY charged if we are unable to rebook the reservation. $75 per person fee for visitors who are not registered guests. Please check with us for possible exceptions.

  Flying, sailing and skiing have been overtaken by grand kids, renovating and Longhorn Cattle. Dan has been a candidate for State Representative and is currently working to impact the State Board of Education. Robbi is also involved in Texas politics and has served as President of a Comal County political association. Both of us are very concerned about regional and national water and education issues. Travel & visiting with friends fills the remainder of our free time.
