Zucchini Nut Delight

- 4 eggs
- 500 g brown sugar
- 250 ml vegetable oil
- 450 g white flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 600 g garden fresh grated zucchini
- 250 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:
- Blend eggs and sugar.
- Add nuts and oil. Mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon) and add to egg mixture. Blend in well.
- Add grated zucchini.
- Put baking paper on baking tray.
Pour mixture on baking tray.
Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 - 40 minutes.
After cooling cover cake with chocolate glaze.
