We are a " Truly Dog Friendly Bed and Breakfast". Providing our guests and their dogs traditional New England comforts in a historically rich farmhouse built 1845. We pride ourselves by anticipating our doggie and human guests needs. We welcomes all dogs without your typical weight or breed restrictions. Doggie guests are welcome with open arms and an open heart. Come experience what all of our doggie guests are howling about. • Deposit amount required ($50.00)
• Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellations:
  Cancellation Policy: 1. For reservations cancelled 14 days or more before arrival: Guest receives full refund less $50 administrative expenses. 2. For reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival: - If we are able to rebook the room, guest will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee . - If we are unable to rebook the room, unfortunately the guest will forfeit the entire payment due. Major holidays, fall foliage, and special events require a 21 day notification 3. Unfortunately, in the event that we do not receive notice of your cancellation, your account will be charged the full amount of your stay.

(Note: Route 113 crosses Route 16 once before reaching Chocorua Village.) From Boston: Take Route 95 north to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) north. After passing the intersection of Route 25 in West Ossipee, continue on Route 16 north another five miles. The Lazy Dog Inn is on the right. From South: Follow Route 93 to Route 495 to Route 95 north and proceed as from Boston.

  Our hobbies are having fun with our two Golden Retrievers Meghan and Molly. With all of the wonderful lakes and hiking trials we love to take them swimming and hiking. We also spend all of our spare time with as many doggie activities we can.
