• Directions from airport:
  After you drive out the airport road, turn left onto Highway 11 at the first traffic light. This is the road to Volcano and Kona. Drive southwest on Highway 11 until you pass the 26 mile marker. Look for the Haunani Road exit off the highway, just before the 27 mile marker. Turn right onto Haunani Road. Drive to the first stop sign. This is the intersection with Old Volcano Road. You will see the Volcano Store at that corner and JP's Restaurant. Turn right onto Old Volcano Road. Drive up that road until you see the sign for the Volcano Country Cottages, on the left side of the road. This is the second driveway on the left after Haunani Road/Old Volcano Road intersection. Turn left into the driveway between the big trees.
