From the Cottage of Jack Cream

Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese(shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese(cubed)
- 1 lb cottage cheese(small curd)
- 2/3 cup butter(melted)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Steps:
- Beat together first three ingredients.
- Add the three cheeses, melted butter and mix well.
- Mix in flour and baking powder.
- Spray a 3 quart baking dish with non-stick pan coating and pour the entire mixture into the dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife comes out clean. Cut into rectangles to serve.
Enjoy with a breakfast meat if desired and fresh fruit.
