    We have 7 rooms with private baths, including an apartment (see below) and a two room suite with a king bed and a queen sofa bed. Two other rooms a share a private bath between them. It can also be used as a suite.

    We have just totally renovated an elegant one bedroom apartment with private entrance. Perfect for long stays. Sleeps 4. Comes with new kitchen with dishes and cooking utenciles. Can be rented with or without breakfast. Special rates for stays of 5 days or more.

Newington dead-ends into Mt Royal Terrace after short block. Turn right. 2100 is last house on long block. Entrace is actually around corner on Reservoir, but one-way streets dictate this approach. Ample parking on Mt Royal as east side of street drops off on a steep hill and no building is possible. Good view of city from some rooms.

    Clelia is a Peruvian, who has also lived in Spain. Hobbies include cooking/decorating. Guy is a retired Naval signals intelligence officer, having served in combat on ships, submarines and aircraft. He also taught space systems at the Naval War College and flew reconnaissance missions with the Air Force. Recently retired from Johns Hopkins, he is now working as science and technology advisor to the Coast Guard. Active in Opera and other singing groups.
