General InformationRose Hill Farm is part of a working farm and offers a unique setting for you to enjoy. A truly exculsive peaceful, relaxing and private getaway. Fantastic views from the comfort of the living room and wrap around porch. Luxury linens, warm comforters, robes and soft pillows in your bedrooms. Muffins coffee/tea are delivered to your door to get your day started plus a full gourmet breakfast once you are up. 350 acres of farmlands invite you to wander through the woods, explore 21/2 miles of Yakima riverfront or walk some of the 5 mile trails. Draft horses beckon you to visit with them, deer roam freely, eagles nestle in the trees in winter and daffodils bloom in spring. We also offer a self catering cottage which will sleep from 5/8 people. Very private location near the river. Great hiking or fishing. Breakfast provided. $175 for four people. $20 per head any additional people. Sleeps up to eight. Come and watch the deer.

Thank you for booking with us. We take credit cards to reserve your room. If you must cancel we do require 7 days notice on the Cottage. 72hrs prior to 12 noon day of check in on the Studio and Bed and Breakfast. If the notice is shorter and we cannot rebook your room I am afraid you do not get a refund.
