Chris, Sylvia and all the staff were most helpful and friendly. The location is close to the University, so there's lot of hussle and bussle along the street, but was quiet at night. Very nice porches to sit out and watch the world pass by. read more

My favorite things about the stay: the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, a HUGE private deck, and antique bathtub perfect for a long hot soak. It is convenient to everything downtown. I almost wish I had nothing else to do during my stay in... read more

my room was clean, bathroom was okay, noisy location, close to UT, would not stay here again. Not worth the money at all. For the money you can stay at a much nicer place.

In the heart of the UT campus. Love the wraparound porches for relaxing, and all the great choices at the breakfast buffet. Sylvia and Chris are great innkeepers.
