Vineyard
The Fairplay Wine Appellation is the cornerstone to this room. We are the heart and soul of lodging in El Dorado County's Wine Country. Enjoy the excitement of the full body shower with the seven shower heads. The Rain floods you head to toe while the 4 side body heads cascades over your muscels for that full body shower message effect. Your own private wine bar lets you sample your favorite wines from your day wine tasting. While settling into bed for a relexing nights sleep on the over stuffed matteress in king size bed, you can star gaze throught the skylight.

Beate
This room is named after a beautiful German girl,it brings Europe to Fairplay. The rich colors and Old World decor bring European charm. The tile soaking tub makes one dream of Ancient Roman Baths. The arches feel as though you are washing in the canals of Venice. Reading on spool bed in the arched window you feel the mystery of an Agatha Christy novel.

The Beate allows guests traveling together who want luxury, but are on a budget. The main sleeping area and the bathroom have a private door; this allows private access to the bath.

The Country Room
Relax in the whirpool tub. The 2 sided see through firplace creates excitement as you relax in the sitting area viewing a new release DVD or VHS. The pine wood floors were milled from the Ponderosa Pines harvested from this property. We milled, planed and molded every piece of wood used in this room ourselves.

The deck is protected from the sun by a majestic oak tree; you feel as though you are in a tree house. The quite seclusion affords you the opportunity to clear your mind of all cares and concerns. RELAX. RELAX.

The rear deck stainless steel fireplace allows us to extend our fall outdoor activities. Enjoy early morning coffee, or watch the stars in the evening.The Great Room is the heart of Lucinda's. Late afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvers are enjoyed in front of the majestic firplace. The "gull wing" ceiling and the room's openess gives a grand feeling of splendor. The "Kincade Library" just off the Great Room has pictures, plate and a village by Thomas Kincade and there many books and the DVD library.
Step up into secluded comfort of the Vineyard Suite sleeping room with the relaxing lavender and purple color scheme washing away your cares. View stars from the kingsize bed through the over the bed skylight. Stay cozy on winter mornings with the see-through fireplace.Cherry cabinets highlight the snack bar in the Vineyard Suite. The refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave give you versatility for a late night snack and early morning coffee. The dining area with the bistro table allows you to have dinner brought.
A full body shower, a rain head and four side heads, is a great experience. The Vineyard Suite provides tranquility that is the Fairplay Wine Region.The Laguna Suite brings the colorful and romantic Laguna Beach into your dreams.
