With a king size bed and plenty of windows, you can relax to the sound of the creek that runs right beside your room. Let the magnolias in the room and dogwood trees along the creek outside your window take you to an era of Victorian with a one of a kind queen size canopy bed. A spacious bathroom adds to the luxury of this room. 2nd floor Private bath! $75.00 Monday thru Thursday $100.00 Friday thru Sunday ~Rates are for one or two people.This room features a 7’ x 9’ window that looks up to the mountain – but is designed so that no one can look in! Decorated in garden theme, you can relax on your queen size bed and watch the stars at night. 2nd floor Private bath! The Major Cockrell Room - First Floor The Major built our place as a home for his family. Now we have a room named after him, honoring him with furnishings that reflect the 1800's, yet fully equipped with all the modern conveniences! There is a queen and a twin bed and 3 windows to let plenty of light in. It is located on the 1st floor with just 4 short steps to enter this room.
