Let the magnolias in the room and dogwood trees along the creek outside your window take you to an era of Victorian with a one of a kind queen size canopy bed. A spacious bathroom adds to the luxury of this room. 2nd floor Private bath! $75.00 Monday thru Thursday $100.00 Friday thru Sunday ~Rates are for one or two people.This room features a 7’ x 9’ window that looks up to the mountain – but is designed so that no one can look in! The Major Cockrell Room - First Floor The Major built our place as a home for his family. Now we have a room named after him, honoring him with furnishings that reflect the 1800's, yet fully equipped with all the modern conveniences! There is a queen and a twin bed and 3 windows to let plenty of light in. It is located on the 1st floor with just 4 short steps to enter this room.
