General InformationWelcome to the Beacon Inn, One established Inn, located in three brownstone townhomes. Two are on Beacon Street and two corporate luxury suites are located at Copley in the heart of the city. These late 19th century brownstones have been fully restored into three of the town's most charming and inviting guesthouses, offering pleasant accommodations at surprisingly affordable rates. Better rates for longer stays! Rates range from 99.00 low season to $399. high season.
Luxury extended stay units featuring full kitchens and cookware are available for those who will be staying for a minimum of 30 days or more. Copley location and Beacon Street locations are available. Rates vary from $77.00 - $250.00 a day based on a minimum stay of 30 days. Please inquire about these exquisite suites. All inclusive and parking is included.
All buildings are situated in pleasant residential neighborhoods, within walking distance of the bustling commercial squares of Coolidge Corner, Washington Square, Boston University, Boston College, Fenway Park, and minutes away from Downtown Boston via public transportation or even a lovely stroll. The area also offers a wide variety of museums, theaters, restaurants and other points of interest.

Take the Sumner Tunnel from the airport. At the end of the tunnel stay left and go up the ramp onto 93N. Exit at Storrow Drive. Take Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square exit. Stay in the right lane when coming off the exit. At the first light, take a right onto Beacon Street and follow untill you reach Kenmore Square. At Kenmore Square, make sure you stay on Beacon Street, which is the middle street. Continue on Beacon Street for .7 mile in the left lane. Make a U-turn at Hawes Street and you are at 1087 Beacon Street.
For 1750 Beacon Street DO NOT make the U-turn. Go strait down Beacon Street for 1.5 miles and it is on your right just past Washington Square.
