General Information

Noah's Ark is a charming guesthouse in a residential suburb of Amsterdam with 3 spacious and cheerfully bright rooms. Ideally located within the Amsterdam ring roads provide easy access to the city centre, the Heineken Music Hall, Arena and the RAI Exibition centre nearby by car, bicycle or the local metro.

The rooms are tastefully decorated in an art deco style in twins or doubles,equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a dining/working table for two. Each morning an excellent gourmet breakfast is served with fresh fruits,selection of cheeses and freshly baked bread and other delicacies.

Parking is free just outside the guesthouse. For guests arriving by train from the airport or other cities we provide a free pickup from the local station to our home.

You will enjoy the best of both worlds; a quiet peaceful living environment with quiet tree-lined streets with the exuberance of the city life just a bicycle ride away.

Take exit S112 toward Duivendrecht/Diemen etc and turn right at lights 3. Keep right and turn slightly right onto ramp 4. Turn left at traffic lights onto Van der Madeweg 5. Turn right onto Omgang (toward Duivendrecht Oost) 6. The omgang becomes Plataanstraat after small bridge. We are at no. 4. Coming from Rotterdam/The Hague/Schiphol Airport on the A4 1.After Schiphol Airport A4 becomes A10/Ring, take direction Amersfoort/Zaanstad 2.Take the exit S 112 toward Duivendrecht/Diemen etc. Turn right at lights. 3.Keep right and turn slightly right onto ramp 4. Turn left at traffic lights onto Van der Madeweg. 5. Turn right onto Omgang (toward Duivendrecht Oost) 6. The Omgang becomes Plataanstraat after small bridge. We are at number 4. Coming from Amsterdam Central Station 1.Take metro/underground no. 54 toward Gein 2. Get off at Duivendrecht station (takes approx. 10 minutes), go one floor down 3. Look for a newspapershop in the main hal (Wezzll?). Look up for a sign that says ‘Uitgang Rijksstraatweg’. If you follow that sign you should soon see an old church which is located on Rijksstraatweg. Follow the street for 10-12 minutes until you reach house at no. 77. Make a right and you are on Plataanstraat. We are at number 4.
