General InformationSpecial spaces, special places.... Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful Adirondack mountains amidst forrested acreage and serene lakefront. Kiwassa Lake B&B will enhance your Adirondack experience and increase your desire to come back again. It boasts four beautiful suites, each with a private bath, one with fireplace.

Policies- Minimum stay required (Weekends - two night / holidays - three nights)

- Deposit amount required (two night's stay)

- Directions from airport:
There is a closer airport located in Lake Clear/Saranac Lake. It is a bit more expensive to fly into that airport but it's only 15 minutes away whereas Albany is located 2.5 hours south.
Directions from Albany:
- Take I-87 (Northway) north to Exit 30.
- Pick up Route 9 north and follow it for two miles to Route 73.
- Continue on Route 73 for about 28 miles to the Lake Placid region.
- When you see the Olympic ski jumps on your left you will bear left onto Military Road (there is a sign to Saranac Lake there).
- At the end of Military Road you will turn left on to Route 86 (again there is a sign to Saranac Lake).
- When you get to Saranac Lake take a left at the second traffic light.
- Heading south out of the village of Saranac Lake at the traffic light next to the Town Hall (on your right), go thru the light and over a small bridge, immediately turn left.
- Continue about a mile and bear left (at the Glenwood/Kiwassa split).
- You will bear left again at the tree with many name signs.
- We are at the dead end of the road, #1150. The house numbers were recently changed (for 911 purposes) and the old house number was 303. Either way, we are at the dead end.
