General InformationKenburn Orchards Bed & Breakfast offers you a choice of three guest rooms in our family homestead, an 1877 center hall farmhouse. Located on the Mohawk Trail in Western Massachusetts, Kenburn Orchards B&B is set on 150 acres in a peaceful apple orchard with a fifty mile view. The home, now lovingly restored, is filled with generations of antiques and original artwork. Each air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a queen or king size bed and includes a private bath “en suite”.
In keeping with our wish to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, you’ll find a kaleidoscope in each room instead of television. Guests are offered exclusive use of our parlor, with its gas fireplace and grandfather clock. We serve our full homemade “candle light and crystal” breakfast in the dining room, or, if the weather is perfect, on the big front porch. Guests are free to enjoy the beauty of our natural surroundings by hiking our fields and woodlands to observe birds and wildlife. We are just minutes from major museums, well known educational centers, white water rafting, a myriad of world-class artists and crafters, and only three miles from I-91 and Greenfield. We are smoke free. Open all year by advance reservation.
