• Cancellations:
  Our cancellation policy requires two weeks notice prior to your date of arrival. There will be a $25 handling fee per room(per night) for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made within two weeks of your arrival date we cannot refund your deposit.There are no refunds for full payments made. Gift certificates fall under the same cancellation policy (fees will be deducted from amount of balance). Upon arrival, we do not give refunds for early check outs and the entire balance is due. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced! No shows will be charged the full stay with no refunds. No exceptions.
