Blue Room

Similar to layout of Pink Room but with King size bed, convertable to twin beds if desired. Private Bath.

Carriage House
The Carriage House is 1200 sqft with private entrance and garden. It has two bedrooms (Queen, King, or Twin beds), 1 1/2 baths, LR & DR both with functioning fireplaces. Full kitchen, washer,dryer. Can accommodate 1-5 guests. Decorated with vintage family furniture, antiques, original Charleston artwork. Fully updated electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems. Has cable TV in both rooms.

Note: Taxes at our facility are only 4%.
