General Information

This 1900's restored house is located in Palermo Viejo, for the locals also "Borges´nieghbourhood" or "B.A's Soho", it's a traditional and central barrio of Buenos Aires.
In the past years artists, new designers, fashion shops, and all kind of trendy businesses have taken over this area giving it a vibrant personality. You'll also find bohemian cafes, bars, and restaurants offering typical Argentine as well as international cuisine for all badgets.
Your hosts, Carlos and Bernarda Delger, fell in love with this area in the mid 80's , when they bought and restored the house. A fusion of textures (wood, cement, iron, vintage tiles), bright colours, different styles
furniture and Bernarda's own paintings, dress this house, giving it a charming style.
We offer a TV room (cabletv, telephone), kitchen, living room and dining room as common areas for you to relax. Also, enjoy during the summer, our sunny backyard, surrounded by plants while refreshing yourself in the s.pool.
30+ bus lines, a subway line, and a train line, only five blocks away, will take you wherever you need to go.

    There`s more than one way to get there 1) Take AU Richieri (downtown), get off on Boedo bridge, turn left crossing under the highway taking Boedo St that eventually turns into Bulnes St. Keep on going on Bulnes St until you reach Soler St, turn left on Soler St and go for 11 blocks (aprox), and turn left when you reach Uriarte, The house is located half a block as you turn on uriarte. 2) Take AU Richieri (downtown), get off on 9 de Julio Avenue and go until you reach Libertador Avenue, take a left on Libertador Av and once you reach Sarmiento Avenue take a left (on General Urquiza`s monument - Horse with general) to Plaza Italia, take a left on Uriarte st (The house is located only 5 and a half blocks away from Plaza Italia)
