Welcome to Hannibal Garden House Bed and Breakfast! With Mississippi River views and seasonal gardens, you will find our cozy featherbeds and speciality breakfasts beckoning you back for more. Located in Historic Downton Hannibal, MO (hometown of Mark Twain!), on the street once known as Millionaire Row because of its beautiful homes and fine architecture, the House is a brilliantly restored 1896 Victorian Queen Anne with all the modern amenities. Natural woods in the interior include oak, mahogany and old grove pine. There are two parlors and fireplaces and an amazing garden designed dining room where full breakfast is served daily! All rooms have TV/VCR's, wireless high speed internet access, CD player/alarm clocks and more! Homemade cookies are served on the House's welcoming porch at check in and roll down bed service will bid you a good sleep! Hannibal Garden House B&B caters to Full Excursion Getaways. Check in and we will pamper you, however you wish, until we bid you a happy return!

  • Cancellations:
    CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED VIA E-MAIL, REGULAR MAIL OR VOICE MAIL (Only calls made personally to the Innkeepers will be recognized for cancellation). Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a 15% handling fee. For cancellations less than 15 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less 15% handling fee. Cancellation made less than 48 hours of reservation will receive no refund unless we are able to rebook the room.
