General InformationLuxurious, spacious rooms on five quiet acres of rustic hillside charm, with a large swimming pool. This historic country inn overlooks the award-winning vineyards of California's Alexander Valley and a peaceful stretch of the Russian River. All rooms have private entrances, private baths, featherbeds, fireplaces, air conditioning, TV/DVD/VCR, wireless and high-speed Internet connection, chairs for lounging, and outside seating. Close to biking, hiking, wine tasting. The inn has a 5 star rating with TripAdvisor and has 3 stars with AAA.
Named for Charles Crocker, founder of the Central Pacific Railroad, the property began as a hunting retreat often visited by Charles Crocker and his cronies. The lodge is was built 1907 with redwood framing and siding. It has been updated but retains its original rustic charm.

- Limited accommodations for guest pets (dogs and in Cottage rooms only)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (One night’s deposit is required to hold each reservation.)
- Check in time is 4:00 pm-7:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Due to the small size of our Inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations. If you must cancel, we will refund your deposit minus a $15.00 cancellation fee provided we receive at least 8 days notice to cancel one room and 15 days notice for two or more rooms. If less notice is given, you will be charged in full for your entire reservation unless we re-book your room(s).
