Blueberry French Toast

Serves: 12Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf French Bread
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 1 dozen Eggs
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Steps:
- Spray 9 x 13 deep baking dish with Pam or other cooking spray.
- Tear French Bread into small pieces and cover bottom of pan with half of the bread.
- Take Cream Cheese and cut into chucks scattering on bread and add blueberries, add remaining bread on top
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk and maple syrup, next pour the mixture over bread, cover pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to bake, Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the mixture. Bake the covered dish for 30 minutes. Next uncover pan and bake for an additional 30 minutes. You may top the blueberry french toast with whipped cream for an added touch before serving
