The River House was a great bed and breakfast to stay at. It was a beautiful inn with a great view of the river. The breakfast was great and Bernard and Cheryl Cox were super people.

Very comfortable, clean, restful. We were there in winter in a rainstorm, sisn't even see all the summer flowers and still loved it. Not a lot of clutter everywhere-very open spaces. VERY much enjoyed breakfast with owner, Bernard Cox.

On a 4000 mile trip, this was the BEST! I'm tempted to plan a trip from Minnesota next year just to spend a londer time in this beautiful place, watching the river flow. read more

The bathroom features a large whirlpool tub, encased in ceramic tile and mirrors for a romantic setting.You can enjoy the entertainment center that includes a 32" stereo TV, DVD player, Dish Network Satellite with all the premium channels, stereo radio with CD player, and high-speed internet. Enjoy a view of the Ohio River from one of the large sliding glass doors and the pool from the other. The Executive Cottage is perfect for a romantic get-away.
