The River House is a modern Inn overlooking the Ohio River, just fifteen miles east of Owensboro in Lewisport, Kentucky. This unique Bed and Breakfast offers a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful grounds, and private quarters. Enjoy the magnificent evening sunsets over the Ohio River from one of four balconies including one that actually extends over the riverbank. Escape to a resort-like atmosphere with beautiful flowers and over 100 potted plants, peaceful scenery and 20 x 40 in-ground pool. Enjoy the shaded walking path with park bench to sit and talk in a cool breeze. You may enjoy your Full Country breakfast from the large 16 x 38 deck which overlooks the Ohio River, pool side, or from the large common room where you overlook the pool and the Ohio River.
