Cheesecake

Serves: 12Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Tofu, firm
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 Egg
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup sweetened chocolated
Steps:
- Heat oven to 375. Dust a tube pan with wheat germ.
Combine cream cheese, tofu, splenda, in a food processor until smooth. Add egg, and egg whites until blended. Add sour cream and chocolate. Pour into pan. Bake 45 minutes. Refrigerate for several hours.
