Turkey Tetrazzinni

Total preparation time:  20 minutes
Serves:  8

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups dry spaghetti (broken in 2" pieces)
  • 4 oz mushrooms (cut up)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 can ( 10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 2 cups cubed turkey
  • Cheese for topping (velveeta, chedddar, parmesan)

Steps:

  1. Cook spaghetti until tender, drain, rinse in hot water. Drain mushrooms and save liquid. Melt butter, saute onions--add seasonings and mushroom liquid. Blend in soup, add milk gradually. Put everything in drained spaghetti and mix well. Place in buttered casserole and top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly brown top.

The Camille room, named for the owner of the house in the 20's was a concert pianist and would have many concerts in the parlor. The room is carpeted and has a high back antique queen size bed and private bath with whirlpool. Beautifully decorated with a walnut high back queen size bed and private bath with air jet whirlpool. Henry Schriver room, named for the builder of this 1878 Townhouse, has hardwood floors and tastefully decorated in antique oak furnishings. Your comfort is assured with a queen size bed, desk and chair, and a cozy comfortable sofa. Indulge yourself with a wonderful bubble bath in the large claw foot tub, which also has a shower.
