Sausage and Potatoe Casserole
Total preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 lb pork sausage (cooked and drained)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 10 oz package cheddar cheese
- 1 soup can milk
Steps:
- Boil potatoes, cool and slice.
- In 3-quart casserole, place in layers the following:
Potatoes, sausage, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Mix soup and milk together and then pour over layers.
- Top with cheese and crumbled cornflakes (optional).
- Bake 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
