Our award winning inn is located on Maryland's Eastern shore in the historic village of Snow Hill, where you can be as active or relaxed as you choose. The area is rich in history and natural beauty, wih antiquing, art galleries, canoeing, boating, beaches, birding, biking, swimming, fishing and golf virtually at your door. We are pleased to offer special Inn to Inn packages such as Biking, Canoeing and others for your enjoyment. As guests of our inn you may tie your boat up at our bulkhead, and, New since Summer 2004, enjoy our inground swimming pool! Well behaved adults, children and dogs are welcome,and will be warmly greeted by our two standard poodles, Rosalie and Peaches.

  From Baltimore,Washington areas, cross the Bay Bridge on U.S. 50 continue thru Easton and Cambridge. As you approach Salisbury take the split where the U.S.50&U.S.13 bypass diverts from U.S. Business 50. Go on the bypass THREE MILES PAST the U.S. 50 turn-off to Ocean City. You will turn off onto MD 12 and go 16 miles into Snow Hill. Cross the little bridge, turn left at our only traffic light and go one block. We are on your left. From Philadelphia, take 95 (and 495)into Delaware. Exit 95 at Cristiana on Delaware 7. Take Del 7 onto Delare 1 and U.S. 13. Eit U.S. 13 onto the Dover Toll road. Take it to U.S. 113 (at the toll road's end. stay on U.S. 113 to Snow Hill. exit right onto Market st. Go approx one mile to the River House Inn on you r right ( one block BEFORE the light). From New York etc. Cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge onto 95 in delaware then follow directions as shown from Philadelphia. From Norfolk and the South, cross the Chesapeake Bay via the Bridge/Tunnel and take U.S. 13 to Pocomoke City (90miles or so). then take U.S. 113 14 miles to the left hand turnoff into Snow Hill. Go into town, through the only traffic light, plus one block, and the River House Inn is on your left.
