  CALYPSO ROSE: This Beneteau 423 yacht is 43 feet long -- has 3 cabins, 3 bathrooms, plus galley and kitchen area, a large deck and spacious cockpit. It is a spacious yacht which comfortably sleeps three couples (one being the skipper/first mate). The sailing charter fees will vary depending upon cabin choice, length of vacation, and size of your party. For prices please contact us directly or request a brochure.

  1 Jonathan/Granny Apple, sliced
  2 Tbsp. butter
  7/8 cup flour
  5 eggs
  1 cup skim milk
  1 Tbsp. vanilla
  dash salt
  
  fruit for topping: sliced bananas, kiwi, mango, pineapple, papaya .. whatever is pretty and in season.
  
  Preheat oven to 420E. Spray non-stick coating (such as Pam) on 4 small 8" ramekin pans, or one large pie size pan. Saute apples in butter until soft. Spread in the bottom of prepared pans. Mix eggs, flour, milk, vanilla, and salt. Pour egg mixture over apples. Bake for 25 minutes (30 if large pan). When lightly browned, remove from oven. Slide pannekoeken onto serving plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, top with fresh island fruits and sprinkle again with powdered sugar. Makes 3-4 servings.

• Deposit amount required (ISLAND: 50% deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due upon checkout. BOAT: 25% of fee at time of booking, another 25% 90 days prior to arrival date, and balance 60 days prior to arrival)
• Check in time is noon and Check out time is noon
• Cancellations:
  ISLAND: Your deposit will be refunded (less a $30 service fee) if you cancel no later than 60 days prior to your reservation arrival date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of your arrival date will not be refunded, but the full amount (less $30 service fee) can be reapplied to a future visit. BOAT: 120 or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $100 120-90 days prior to arrival date, the 25% deposit will be non-refundable 90-60 days prior to arrival date, 33% will be non-refundable Less than 60 days - no refund

• Innkeeper(s): Emiel Domis & Sharon Amberg
  Both Emiel and Sharon really are experienced sailors and share their knowledge with their guests. Cooking is Sharon's passion. In addition, for 10 years they owned and operated the Rose Hill Inn B&B in Versailles, KY. For the last four years, they have been the skipper and first mate of the Rose Sail Inn at Sea during the summers. They have just recently chosen to move permanently to where winters don't exist!
