General Information

Just above downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill is known for its older homes, shops, restaurants, coffee houses, parks and lively entertainment scene. The Harvard-Belmont Historical District, a protected area of fine, elegant homes of yesteryear, abuts the B&B on Capitol Hill. Several colleges are located on "the hill." As part of historic Seattle, the neighborhood is an excellent choice for visitors.

Built in 1903, the B&B on Capitol Hill is a comfortable, mid-sized American Foursquare" home, characteristic of turn-of-the-century Seattle architecture. Guests will find the atmosphere friendly, quiet, and pleasant.
