For your PA lodging getaway come vist our Poconos bed and breakfast, a former 1880's summer boarding home situated on 14 acres at the edge of the Tannersville Cranberry Bog. An all season inn with a rural mountain locale and urban convenience. Wildlife abounds while relaxation prevails.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. However, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. All cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee "per" a room booked that is cancelled. Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance prior to arrival will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee "per" a room booked. Reservation cancelled less than 7 days in advance but prior to 48 hours in advance will be charged a $40.00 cancellation fee "per" a room booked that is cancelled. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 1 night room and tax charges "per" room booked that is cancelled. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to entire stay "per" a room booked and tax charges. No refunds or credits for early departures. **Special events and Holidays require 14 days advance notice.**
