• Cancellations:
  CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel your "existing" reservation and book a "new" reservation date. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance prior to arrival will be charged a $40.00 cancellation fee "per" a room booked. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the one night deposit + taxes "per" a room booked that is cancelled. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to entire stay "per" a room booked + taxes. No refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures. **Special Events and Holidays/Holiday weekends require 30 days advance notice to cancel or one night deposit + taxes per room will be forfeited.**
