Blue Rock BnB is located in Lancaster County's PA Dutch country, two blocks from Millersville University, within minutes of Sight and Sound Theater and many other attractions.
Built in 1847, this colonial farmhouse containes a bit of the character of each of its previous residents. Family Suite guests have the pleasure of staying inside the lower level where an early 20th century water pump fits into the rustic decor of the antique wood paneling and solid brick walls.   Our small size means cancellations affect us very significantly. Therefore, we are forced to adhere to a strict policy. No refunds for early departure. Reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival must be secured with a credit card, which will be charged at that time.
