  • 2 cups finely chopped fresh or frozen peaches, cranberries or blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ground pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter
  
  
  
  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 24 muffin cups. Place the peaches in a bowl and cover with 1/2 cup of the sugar. Mix thoroughly. Let sit for 1 hour. Cream the butter and remaining 3/4 cup of sugar, 3 minutes. Add the eggs, and beat until fluffy. In a bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of the flour, baking powder, and salt. Remove the bowl from the mixer and alternately fold in the milk and flour mixture, don’t over mix. Fold in the peaches. Spoon 1/4 cup of the filling into each muffin cup. Topping, combine the remaining flour, brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add the butter. Using your hands, mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumb like mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture over each muffin cup. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

• Deposit amount required (50% deposit confirms & guarantees your reservation. Balance due upon arrival The deposit will be applied to the last night's lodging)
• Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM
• Cancellations:
  All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge If notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days before arrival date, or if you inform us less than 15 days in advance that you must end your stay early, you will forfeit your deposit. A Full refund (less $25.00 service charge) will be given if notice is given 15 days or more prior to your scheduled stay. Full rate is charged for no-shows, arrivals after reservation date or early departures when no notice is given Arrival after 10PM additional fee, must call to arrainge.
