We visited in November, and had absolutely no complaints. The room was small, but clean, and had its own bathroom. The owner was friendly and the meals outstanding. We had full cooked breakfasts both mornings - the works, omelets, pancakes, eggs. It was more than I expected. The location was also outstanding. You don't have a view of the falls, but we were able to walk to all the major attractions. We got by just fine without a car. Highly recommended! No complaints.

    Fine stay, nothing spectacular.

During our our stay no other guests where present. The owner of the bed and breakfast was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. A good place to stay to visit the falls but I wouldn't recommended it for longer stays.

This was my first experience with a B&B. Initially, I felt quite awkward being in someone elses house but Mike was a very courteous host and made me feel at home. AND his breakfast was fantastic!. I would recommend Butler House B&B to my friends. Lisa Hansen.
