The 5 romantic Rooms & Suites all include gourmet breakfast & daily housekeeping & boast whirlpool tubs and fireplaces in all but one suite. Also available are 3 "Bed & Basket" villas which are priced without breakfast & daily housekeeping (please add $40 / day if you prefer the full B&B experience). In the 3 "Bed & Basket" villas, a "Starter Basket" with Coffee, Tea & Muffins welcomes you on arrival.   This is one of several dishes available in our Tropical Breeze Cafe which is open Saturday evenings, by advanced reservation only.
  Cafe offers a 6 course, fine dining experience in a romantic setting w/ an eclectic wine list and exotic coffees from around the world! Inn Guests are encouraged to reserve w/ villa reservation to help insure availability. $85pp plus bev. Tax & gratuity. Dinner is available on Saturday nights by advance reservation. Business casual to Dressy attire suggested to enhance your special and romantic dining experience.

• We cannot accommodate guest pets (2 Bed & Basket Villas will take one small dog-up to 20#'s)
• Accommodations are not suitable for children (Age 16 & over)
• No childcare is provided
• Deposit amount required (50% when reserving. Balance due on day of arrival. 1 night reservations due in-full & non-refundable)
• Check in time is 3:30pm - 5:00pm and Check out time is 11am
• Cancellations:
  Deposit is refunded less a $65 cancellation fee provided request is prior to 6 days of scheduled arrival. W/in 6 days, the non-discounted published 1 night rate is charged plus 25% of all add-on items is non-refundable. On the rare occasion when we accept a 1 night reservation, your *1 night reservation and all reservations re-scheduled w/in 6 days of expected arrival(above mentioned fee applies) are all due in full & non-refundable. Spa cancellations 4 days or more away from expected appointment, no fee. 1 to 3 days from expected appointment - 50% fee applies. Same day cancellations or no-shows - due in full.
