Our accommodations are completely renovated, with gleaming heart pine flooring, high ceilings, 6 foot windows, modern kitchens and brand new tile baths. Central heat and air and original fireplaces, with gas logs, complement our offerings and enhance your Charleston visit.
Our 200+ year old downtown home is privately owned and operated by Jan and Mike Jacobson. We strive to provide clean and comfortable accommodations at the very best value. Guests can enjoy the comfort of an entire apartment in The Jacobson Building for the cost of a hotel room.

We are about 1/2 block before the end of Broad at 19 Broad on your right.
