    We are a small, privately-owned business, and due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason.If we have luck filling your vacancy, you will receive a refund less a $20 processing fee. We do our best to fill the rooms in your stead. If you leave before the date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation on the date scheduled for arrival, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. Group Cancellation Policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms or cottages for any given date. This policy basically extends the cancellation notification period from 14 days to 30 days.
