Hawaiian Breakfast Quiche
Total preparation time: 1 hour
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 5 eggs--beaten with 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup shoe-string hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 3/4 cup pineapple pieces
- 3/4 cup cubed ham
Steps:
- Line pie pan with pie crust.
- Add half of the pineaple and half of the ham.
- Add Hash Browns and then rest of pineapple and rest of ham.
- Pour in beaten egg evenly across pan.
- Cover with grated cheese and cook for 45 to 60 mins or until middle is done. Serve with bacon or sausage and pineapple slices.
