Plan early to give that special UNIQUE GIFT...time alone in any of our "Romantic" Suites ...we'll send a beatiful certificate to you, so you can have your gift ready under the tree. One night stay for weekends is $110 or Two nights stay special is only $210. Pricing is subject to change after February 2010. Call us by Thankgiving and we'll include a bottle wine from our local award winning Savannah Oaks Winery. Certificate may not be valid on some holiday weekends. The Intimate Wedding Special
01/01/09 - 12/31/10
Our Intimate Wedding Special for 2-8 guests includes the Minister, choice of two settings, wedding bouquet, grooms boutonneire, wedding cake, toasting sparkling wine, photographer. Please provide your own music. Package Price start at $900. Suites are available at an additional $100 per night.
Reserving just the grounds for the day and one suite for one night pricing starts at $600.

the gathering room has a beautiful fireplace and breakfast may be served here or ensuite. Antiques and the restored floors are featured. Lots of help and maps of the area are available at your request.The Helen Suite is decorated in a beautiful green wallpaper with quilts, duvet cover, lots of pillows, a loveseat to snuggle by the gas log fireplace, large antique breadbox, rolltop desk, dining area for snacks, or your dinner, mini-fridge, ensuite bath with luxurious towels, and and antique dresser with vanity mirror. Fluffy robes for your comfort. So private, and near the common balony and front porch.
Pinhook sits high on a hill with views of the pastures across the river and rolling hills all around. Ponds are in view and the mountains in the distance are always a beautiful site. The beautiful new homes at the river edge only make it more inviting to come and stay for a visit or perhaps someday be a full time resident of our community. Pinhook is a special place to unwind and enjoy the 300 year old trees that stand majestically on the property.The view of the Cherokee Nation Forest and the Hiwassee River are breathtaking from the front porch and balcony.
Flickering candle lights and garland decorate the stairway to your beautiful suites with their fireplaces glowing. Our decorations will be done on or before Thanksgiving so that everyone has a chance to enjoy them on thier visit.
