chocolate nut pudding cake

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup pecan nuts
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
Steps:
- heat oven to 350 degrees
use 9x9 inch glass pan
- blend flour cocoa, baking powder, salt sugar and 2 Tbls. cocoa in bowl
- stir in milk and melted butter, blend in nuts
spread mixture into glass pan, pour hot water over entire batter
- sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, pour hot water over entire batter
bake 45 minutes
spoon servings onto serving plates with sauce on top and add sauce from bottom of pan top with whipping cream
serve warm
