Betty's Corn Pudding
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob
- 4 well–beaten eggs
- 2 cups light cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2 qt. baking dish.
- Place dish in a shallow pan of very hot water, water level about 1” deep.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until an inserted knife appears clean.
